Naming updates across various areas of the Platform

• Project Group Label: The label for the default Project Group Risk Management has been changed to Risks & Issues.
• Project Label: The label for the default Project Risk Governance has been changed to Risks & Issues Governance.
• Reference Number Prefixes:
  • The Project Group Reference No. prefix has been updated from PRG to PGR.
  • The Project Reference No. prefix has been updated from PROJ to PRO.

Risk and issue log enhancements

• New Columns: The Risks & Issues Log now includes Project Group and Project columns. If Risks or Issues are standalone, these columns will display a - symbol.
• Updated Button Text and Empty Log Wording: The primary button text and wording for an empty Risks & Issues Log have been updated for clarity.
• My Risks & Issues Toggle: A My Toggle has been implemented, allowing users to easily filter the Risks and Issues in which they are a member or owner.
• New Three-Dot Menu Options:
  • Add Members: Add members to Risks or Issues.
  • Duplicate: Create a duplicate of an existing Risk or Issue.
  • Convert: Convert a Risk into an Issue and vice versa.

These features streamline risk and issue management and collaboration.

• Attachments Tab: A new Attachments tab has been added to Risks & Issues modals, allowing users to upload up to five files.

Project group, project, and task log enhancements

• Add Notes and Checklist Items: Users can now add notes or checklist items directly from the three-dot menu in Project Groups, Projects, and Tasks.
• Create Risks or Issues from Project Log: Users can now create Risks or Issues directly from the three-dot menu in the Project Log.
• Sequence Number Checkbox: A Sequence Number checkbox has been added to the View popup for Project Groups, Projects, Risks & Issues, and Tasks, allowing users to customise their log view.
• Color-Coded Time and Budget Status: Time and budget status bars in Projects and Tasks have been color-coded to visually indicate progress or potential issues. This allows users to quickly assess status without needing to open individual items.
• Confirmation Popup for Deleting Checklist Items: A confirmation popup now appears when deleting checklist items in Project Group, Project, and Task modals.
• Updated Association Column in Tasks Log: The association column now displays the number of associations for each task, improving clarity.
• Updated Tooltip for Project Group Search Bar: The tooltip has been updated to reflect the new columns in the log.

Updates to notifications

• Updated In-Platform Notifications: The wording for in-Platform notifications related to association changes in Incident Management and RoPA has been updated.
• Administrator Permission Modification Notifications: When administrator permissions are modified, the Primary Account Administrator will receive both in-Platform and email notifications, enhancing security and oversight.
