Welcome to the Resources User Guide. Resources is a dedicated hub providing clients with downloadable templates to support across data privacy, IT systems, security, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
This comprehensive library is designed to equip users with ready-to-use tools that align with regulatory standards and industry requirements, ensuring your organisation has the necessary resources to manage compliance and enhance operational practices. All templates within the Resources section can be easily accessed and downloaded directly to your local file explorer, making it simple to integrate these materials into your workflows.
Access to Resources is included as part of various licences and service subscriptions. For further information on all available resources, contact [email protected].
Accessing resources
Upon purchasing a suitable licence, users can be granted access to Resources. Your organisation’s administrator(s) have the option to allocate permission via User Management (previously referred to as People) available to administrators in the header.
Granting access to this feature allows users to copy the resource link and download resource to your local file explorer.
Understanding how to use the resources log
To focus on specific items, you can use the Filter or Search functions. When a filter is active, an orange icon appears next to the filter icon for easy recognition.
- To quickly clear any filters, click the Clear Filters button in the popup.
- You can also apply a temporary filter without clicking Save Filter.
- To revert back to your saved filter, click Reset.
- Similarly, you can select data points and click Apply without saving your filter options.
