This video shows how to use interactive tours, which help you learn the 9ine Platform by doing.

1. Click the Tour icon in the top right-hand corner (shown when a tour is available).
2. Check the tour title and the module name. Tours are module-specific, so make sure you are in the correct area of the Platform.
3. Tours are interactive – read each instruction carefully and follow along.
4. Use the arrows to move between steps, or click a step to jump ahead or go back.
5. Minimise the tour at any time; it stays in your left-hand navigation, ready for you to continue.
6. Not ready to finish? Snooze the tour and be reminded in 24, 48 or 72 hours, or set a custom reminder.

This video shows how to use the Getting Started area of your Support Hub, which gives you introductory guides and video tutorials specific to the part of the Platform you are in.

1. Click the Getting Started icon in the top right-hand corner (shown when content is available).
2. Each module has its own Support Hub, so the content is tailored to the module you are in.
3. Each item covers a key part of getting started, from navigation tips to the core actions you will perform in that module.
4. Select a topic to open a guide or follow a short video tutorial.
   • Tip: Not sure where to begin? Start at the top and work down, or go straight to the areas most relevant to your role.
5. For hands-on experience, try an interactive tour.
6. Return to your Support Hub at any time – your module-specific content will always be there.
