We are excited to announce significant updates to the Governance Dashboard, along with several improvements to notification functionality across the Platform.
Introduction of the overdue/on time dashboard card available via the home screen
- As part of the updates to the Governance Dashboard, the Overdue/On Time Items card has been moved to the Home screen. This card now provides a comprehensive view of all items across all forms and features where the user is involved as an owner, member, reviewer, or approver.
- The logic for Overdue/On Time Itemsapplies universally:
- On Time items: Active items (not closed) where the due date is today or in the future.
- Overdue items: Active items (not closed) where the due date has already passed.
- If a user does not have access to certain forms or features, the count for that section will display -/–, similar to when there are no items for that section.
- Each count on the card is clickable. Users can click on either the Overdue or On Time count, which will take them directly to the associated log (e.g., Tasks, Risks, Issues) with the relevant filters applied. This allows users to quickly navigate to overdue or on-time items for immediate review or action.
- By excluding closed items, this update ensures that the card highlights only active and actionable items, helping users focus on what requires their attention across all areas of the Platform.
Enhancements to the governance dashboard
- A major enhancement has been made to the Governance Dashboard, featuring a brand-new layout and the introduction of several new cards designed to increase visibility and improve the user experience across the Governance Platform.
- The new layout offers a clean, organised interface, allowing users to access key metrics at a glance, while the newly added cards provide deeper insights into Project Groups, Projects, Risks, Issues, Lessons, and Tasks.
- The cards are divided across seven clickable tabs: Top 10, Project Groups, Projects, Risks, Issues, Lessons, and Tasks. Users can click on these tabs to view detailed data, and the dashboard is fully interactive, enabling users to navigate directly to individual logs and items with just a click.
- The dashboard continues to support filters, refresh functionality, and displays the last updated time, ensuring users have real-time data at their fingertips. Below is a breakdown of the cards available within each tab.

Enhancements to in-Platform and email notifications
- The language for the following email notifications has been updated for improved clarity:
- Permissions allocated to a user
- Permission updated by an administrator
- Request to reset password
- Password reset by an administrator
- Password changed successfully
- Blocked file report
- Invitation request to join the 9ine Platform
- New notifications have been developed for deleted or disabled users:
- If a disabled administrator is deleted, an in-Platform notification is sent to the Primary Account Admin (PAA), and the deleted user receives an email notification.
- If a user with a disabled account is deleted, an in-Platform notification is sent to the PAA and Administrators, and the deleted user receives an email notification.
- The following in-Platform notifications have been added for Risks & Issues:
- Risk associated
- Risk closed, reopened, and deleted
- Issue associated
- Issue closed, reopened, and deleted
- Both in-Platform and email notifications have been added for the following events related to RoP, RoPA, and DPIA:
- RoP closed and reopened
- RoPA title changed
- RoPA Assigned (including email notification)
- RoPA member added and removed
- RoPA reviewer added and removed
- RoPA next review date added, changed, and updated
- RoPA review status added, changed, and updated
- RoPA closed, reopened, and deleted
- RoPA - DPIA screening status
- RoPA associated with DPIA
- DPIA associated with RoPA, and deleted
- Risk associated, closed, reopened, and deleted
