The Governance Platform includes:

Project Groups: Project Groups allow you to align multiple projects under a shared organisational goal, facilitating resource allocation, communication, and progress tracking across interdependent initiatives. Group-level permissions ensure all members have controlled access to relevant projects and their associated risks, issues, lessons, and tasks.

Projects: Projects serve as the main organisational framework, consolidating risks, issues, lessons, and tasks under a unified project view. Each project includes settings for time management, scheduling, costs, and priority levels. Projects can be set up individually or under a project group.

Risks & Issues: The Risks & Issues feature helps in identifying, categorising, and scoring risks by impact and likelihood, with the option to convert between risk and issue types as needed. It enables teams to control potential threats, assign corrective tasks, and ensure that risks are documented for both mitigation and compliance purposes. Risks and issues can be set up individually or under a project.

Lessons: Lessons capture critical insights and knowledge gained from completed projects, resolved issues, or mitigated tasks. Documenting lessons allows teams to review what worked and identify areas for improvement, preventing future errors and enhancing organisational performance. Lessons can be linked to specific tasks or projects.

Tasks: The Tasks feature streamlines workflow management by providing a structured, centralised approach to organising responsibilities and deadlines. Each task can be linked to others, offering a clear view of dependencies and enhancing cross-functional coordination. This interlinked structure supports transparency, visibility, and accountability across teams, enabling members to understand the impact of their work on larger project goals. Teams can estimate and log both time and cost for each task, ensuring accurate tracking of resources. With seamless integration into the Gantt Chart and Governance Dashboard, teams can monitor real-time progress, prioritise critical tasks, and adjust timelines to ensure projects stay on track and within budget. Tasks can be set up individually or as associated items to a project, risk, issue, or lesson.

Governance Dashboard: The Governance Dashboard offers a dynamic view of ongoing project groups, projects, risks, issues, lessons, and tasks. Users can monitor real-time progress across 56 interactive cards, including pie, bar, gauge, and burndown charts, which highlight key metrics and insights. Filters, date ranges, and prioritisation settings make it easy to customise the view according to project needs.

Gantt Chart: The Gantt Chart provides a visual timeline for tasks and projects, allowing teams to understand dependencies, track project phases, and monitor deadlines. The colour-coded priority levels make it simple to spot critical tasks, while the option to zoom in and out helps teams manage resource allocations and adjust project plans in real-time.

The Governance Platform includes tools for managing Project Groups, Projects, Risks, Issues, Lessons, and Tasks. It also integrates the Governance Dashboard and Gantt Chart, providing real-time visual insights into project progress, task timelines, risk levels, and more.

Tasks, risks, issues, and lessons can be created as standalone items or linked to specific projects, project groups, or lessons. This flexibility allows teams to use the platform according to the structure and scope of their organisation's needs.
