We are excited to announce several key updates, including:
- A new Download option added to the header of the RoP (Records of Processing) Area log.
- The RoP (Activity) log now includes a Download option.
- Updates to the Type field's drop-down menu in Incident Management to support more comprehensive incident evaluation.
Introducing the download RoP and RoPA functionality
- The Download function has been implemented in both the Records of Processing Area (RoP) and Records of Processing Activity (RoPA) logs.
- Users can now export a XLSX file that contains all the information about processing activities, organised by area (for RoP).
Enhancements to the incident management forms
- Within Incident Management, when creating or editing an incident, users are now presented with an updated Type dropdown for the Processing Responsibilities question.
- The Type dropdown within the incident form, specifically for Add Processing Responsibilities, has been updated to provide more flexibility when categorising incidents.
- Users can now select from a range of predefined types, including:
- Controller
- Joint Controller
- Separate Controller
- And others
- Additionally, users can add custom types as needed.
- Once a type is selected, users can provide further details such as the name and relevant documentation, using options like N/A, Yes, No, or Don’t Know to specify responses.
