We are excited to announce the introduction lessons within the Projects log. As part of this release, users also have the ability to download lessons data.
Introducing the lessons functionality in the projects area of the Platform
- A new Lessons tab has been added to the Projects area of the Governance Platform.
- Users can now access this tab to manage and view Lessons associated with their Projects.
- Users can click the +New button and select the +Lesson option to create a new Lesson directly within the Project.
- Project filters, view, and search functionalities have been updated to integrate with lessons. By default, closed items will not appear in the lessons tab.
- Any modifications made to Lessons tab will automatically be reflected in the separate Lessons log page within the Governance Platform.
- Users can now export data from the Projects with the Download button located in the header.
- When users click the Download button, the export will include all data displayed under the respective tab (risks, issues, lessons, and tasks), with any filters applied at the time of export.
- The export will be in XLSX format.
- Each tab will be exported as a separate tab within the file.
Providing the ability to download lessons
- The ability to download Lessons has been added directly to the Lessons Log. The Download button is located in the header, allowing users to easily export their lesson data.
- When users click the Download button, the exported data will reflect any filters or search criteria applied at the time of export, ensuring that only the specific data they have filtered for (e.g., by status or other criteria) is downloaded.
- The exported file will be in XLSX format, and all relevant columns visible in the log will be included.
