We are pleased to announce a variety of enhancements across multiple features in the Platform. These updates aim to improve usability, enhance time-tracking capabilities, and ensure greater consistency across the Platform.
User interface enhancements
- We’ve made a small but important change to the login page for clarity:
- Previous Message: Please use your details that you entered during your registration.
- New Message: Please enter your details to log in.
- To improve the user experience, we’ve updated the alignment of various columns within logs to ensure better consistency and readability.
- Icons, pills, dates, and counts are now centre-aligned.
- Text-based columns are now left-aligned.
New features and functionalities
- Tasks: Date Picker in Time Management Tab - We’ve introduced a date picker to the Time Management tab for Tasks, allowing users to specify the date when time was spent. This update improves the accuracy and detail in the Time Log.

Add Attachment(s) and Add Custom Data added to the menu options - The menu options in Governance logs now provides direct access to the Attachments and Custom Data tabs. This update applies to:
- Project Groups
- Projects
- Risks & Issues
- Lessons
- Tasks

Toaster Notifications for Roles, Responsibilities, and Notification Settings - We’ve introduced toaster notifications for user actions related to Roles & Responsibilities and Notification Settings. Users will receive instant feedback for:
- Editing responsibilities
- Creating, editing, or deleting additional notes
- Adding or removing attachments
- Saving filter or view changes
- Updating notification settings
- Search Tooltips - We’ve updated the search tooltips across various features to provide clearer guidance on search capabilities, helping users refine their searches for more accurate results.
Improvements to existing functionality

Status Update: Archive to Close - We’ve replaced the Archive status with Close across several features to align with Platform standards. The three-dot menu now features the Close option. Filters have been updated to reflect this change in the following logs:
- Records of Processing Area (RoPA)
- Records of Processing Activity (RoP)
- DPIA (Data Protection Impact Assessment)

Pop-up Wording Updates
The wording for the Delete, Close, and Re-open pop-ups has been updated across multiple features for better clarity. The affected areas include:- Project Groups
