We are excited to announce updates that enhance user flexibility and efficiency across the Platform. These updates include improvements to the Project log with tab-specific filters and views, along with enhanced functionality in the Rich Text Box Editor.
Enhancements to the filters and view options within projects
- We have introduced tab-based Filter and View settings across all tabs within Projects.
- Users can now customise the display of each tab by applying specific filters and column views tailored to their preferences.
- These customised filter and view settings are unique to each user, ensuring personalised data presentation.
- Once saved, these settings will be retained and automatically applied the next time users log into the Platform.
- The saved settings apply to all Projects, providing a consistent experience when navigating through risks, issues, lessons, and tasks across different Projects.
Enhancements to the rich text editor
- The Outdent and Indent options, previously located in a sub-menu, have been moved to the primary formatting bar in the Rich Text Box Editor. This update makes these options more accessible and easier to use during text editing.
- The Tab button on keyboards now functions to add space within the Rich Text Editor, rather than moving the cursor to the next cell. This improvement enhances formatting control and precision when managing text content, providing users with a more intuitive text editing experience.
