We are pleased to announce two new updates as part of this release:
- The My Actions feature has been added to the Gantt Chart and an Expand All or Collapse All option.
- Advanced download introduced to Incident Management.
Gantt Chart enhancements
- To improve the Gantt Chart user experience, we have introduced Expand All and Collapse All buttons located to the left of the Priority column. Hovering over the button will display the text Expand All. Once expanded, the button will change to Collapse All, allowing for easy navigation and control of the chart's display.
- Additionally, a new My Actions toggle button has been added to the Gantt Chart. When enabled, this toggle filters and displays only the tasks for which the logged-in user is an Owner or a Member, providing a focused view of the user’s responsibilities.
Incident management advanced download
- We have introduced a Download option to the Incident Log, allowing users to export data directly to their file explorer. This advanced download feature will include all incidents currently displayed in the log, along with detailed information from their respective incident forms.
- After initiating a download, a toaster will inform users that their request is being processed and that they will receive an in-Platform and email notification upon completion similar to other downloads.
- Users will be able to download XLS file from in-Platform and email notifications.
