We are pleased to announce two new updates as part of this release:

  • A new download feature on the Governance Dashboard that allows users to export data in both PDF (graphs) and XLS (tables) formats. This update provides enhanced flexibility for users to download graphs and tables from the dashboard with several customisation options.
  • New cards in the Privacy Dashboard on the DPIA tab.

Governance dashboard download function

  • The Download button is placed between the View and My Toggle buttons on the Governance Dashboard. On clicking, download, the user is then presented with two sub-options: graphs or tables.
  • The download options are uniform across all tabs of the Governance Dashboard, enabling users to download data from any tab easily.
  • Please note that PDF downloads will be saved directly to the user's native browser and will not trigger in-Platform or email notification.
  • If a user has adjusted their View or applied a filter, only the data visible on the Dashboard will be included in the download.
  • The download will not include empty graphs or tables (i.e., those without records).
  • For Projects/Tasks by Costs, the downloaded PDF will only include the currency selected on the card.
  • An info (i) icon next to the download icon provides a tooltip with details about the download options when hovered over.
  • To manually select cards, a user should first click the Download button. Once clicked they will see checkboxes, allowing for their desired cards to be selected.
  • Users can select multiple cards by checking the boxes in the top right corner of the cards of the same type (graphs or tables). If tables are selected, the checkboxes for graphs will be disabled, and vice versa.
  • After manually selecting any card, a toaster message will appear.
  • For Graphs, if the user selects an option such as Preview/Download Projects tab or Preview/Download all tabs, a preview window will open. From this window, users can choose to download the graphs. The preview window is not available for table downloads.
  • When users manually select cards, a floating card will appear at the top right corner of all tabs. This floating card displays the selected cards and provides options to Preview and Clear for graphs.
  • For tables, it shows the Download and Clear buttons. The floating card also displays the count of the selected cards.
  • The preview window for graphs displays the count of selected graphs.
  • If a user attempts to download graphs from tabs that hold no data after applying filters, a date range, or using the My Actions toggle a No records available screen will appear in the preview window.
  • After initiating a download, a toaster will inform users that their request is being processed and that they will receive an in-Platform and email notification upon completion similar to other downloads.
  • Users will be able to download XLS file from in-Platform and email notifications.
  • When there are no records available in the tables and the user clicks Download, they will be sent a notification stating there are no records available in the Governance Dashboard.
  • The downloaded file is named Governance Dashboard Download - DD MON YYYY.
  • Each table will be downloaded in a separate tab named according to the card title within the same file.
