We are pleased to announce two new updates as part of this release:
- A new download feature on the Incident Dashboard that allows users to export data in both PDF (graphs) and XLS (tables) formats.
- New questions have been added to the Investigation and S&S Investigation steps of the incident form.
An overview of downloading the incident dashboard
- On clicking the Download button users are presented with two sub-options:
- Preview/Download all Graphs (PDF)
- Download all Tables (XLS)
- If a user has adjusted their View or applied a filter, only the data visible on the Dashboard will be included in the download.
- Empty graphs or tables (i.e., those without records) will not be included in the download.
- To manually select cards:
- Begin by clicking the Download button which presents a checkbox in the top-right corner of each of the cards on the dashboard.
- Users can select multiple cards of the same type (either graphs or tables) by checking the boxes in their top-right corners. It is not possible to select both graphs and tables in a single download when manually selecting cards. If tables are selected, the checkboxes for graphs will be disabled, and vice versa.
- On selecting cards, users are presented with a secondary buttons with a count representing their selection: Preview and Clear (for graphs) and Download and Clear (for tables). The Preview option is not available for tables.
- There is no limit to the number of cards that can be selected.

- If a user attempts to download graphs from tabs that hold no data after applying Filters, a Date Range, or using the My Actions a No records available screen will appear in the preview window.
- When there are no records available in the tables and the user clicks Download, they will be sent a notification stating there are no records available in the Incident Dashboard.
- Graphs (PDF) will be saved directly to the user's native browser and will not trigger in-Platform or email notification.
- After initiating a table download, a toaster will inform users that their request is being processed and that they will receive an in-Platform and email notification upon completion.
- The downloaded file is named Incident Dashboard Download - DD MON YYYY.
- Each table will be downloaded in a separate tab named according to the card title within the same file.
