We are excited to announce several enhancements to the Incident Dashboard as part of this release. New incident cards have been added and included in the View option. Users can also customise the order of the cards by adding a sequence number in the top left-hand corner of each card. Introducing customisation of your incident dashboard with the view option and sequencing functionality

  • The View popup on the Incident Dashboard has been updated to include the additional incident cards. By default, the order of the cards on the dashboard matches the order set in the View. If users attempt to deselect all options, an error message will appear, stating: Minimum of one selection is required. This View functionality operates similarly to other areas of the Platform, allowing users to customise which cards are displayed.
  • In the left-hand corner of each dashboard card, users have the option to assign a unique sequence number (e.g., 1, 2, 3, etc.). Upon assigning these numbers, the cards on the dashboard will automatically rearrange themselves to reflect a user's specified sequence order. Any changes are automatically saved and retained on the next login.IND-ReleaseNote-March2024-02March2024-CustomisableView2-SequencingOption-v0.1.png
  • The changes applied to the sequence order of the dashboard cards and in the View popup are user and dashboard specific and are only applied to an individual's profile.
  • The sequence order in the View popup does not update to reflect the sequence order added to the individual dashboard cards.
