We are pleased to introduce several important updates to improve user experience, streamline support, and enhance functionality across multiple areas of the Platform.
- The Request Support and Provide Feedback buttons have been moved to the header for easier access.
- Organisations using standalone features now have access to create and edit risks and issues created via forms.
- Administrators now have the ability to manage individual user profiles.
Launching the request support and provide feedback functions
The Request Support button has been moved from the left navigation to the header, and a new Provide Feedback button has been added to the header as well.
-
Request Support: To request support, click the Request Support button in the header menu. This opens a popup where you can compose a message to the 9ine Support team. Both the Subject and Message fields are mandatory, and users can upload up to five attachments.
-
Provide Feedback: To provide feedback, click the Provide Feedback button in the header menu. This opens a Provide Feedbackpopup with three sections:
- Rating: Submit a standalone rating for the 9ine Platform.
- Write a Review: The Feedback Type, Module, and Message fields are mandatory when writing a review, and users can upload up to five attachments.
- Client Feedback Session: Users can opt into client feedback sessions by selecting the checkbox.
- Users can complete any or all sections. Once ready, click Send to submit the rating, review, and/or checkbox selection.
Launching the risks and issues features for 9ine Platform users
Previously, organisations subscribed to standalone modules did not have access to the Risks and Issues log or the ability to create risks and issues from a form. With this update, users can now:
- Create risks and issues directly within a form using the +New button, which now includes the additional options of New Risk and New Issue.
- Access the Risks & Issues log, where they can view and edit their Risks and Issues.
Ability for administrators to manage a user's profile
- A Manage User Profile option has been added to People, enabling all administrators, including the Primary Account Administrator (PAA), to manage the My Profile section for the following user types:
- Administrators
- Authorised Users
- Awaiting Allocation
- Invited Users
