We are pleased to introduce several key updates, including enhanced download functionality in Tasks and updated toaster notifications for Risks and Issues. Key updates include:
- Download button functionality added to the Tasks Log with 9ine branding.
- Expanded toaster notifications for actions related to Risks and Issues.
- Global toaster notifications enhanced for various actions across multiple modules.
Exporting task data from the tasks Log
The Download function is now available in the Tasks Log, enabling users to export comprehensive Task data in Excel (.xlsx). This feature allows users to download data directly from the Tasks Log rather than the Tasks tab in the Project All Log, providing a streamlined way to access and manage Task information externally.

- Risks toaster notifications have been developed for the following scenarios:
- Adding a member / members to a Risk
- Removing a member / members from a Risk
- Adding and removing multiple members from a Risk
- Duplicating Risks
- Converting a Risk into an Issue using the edit risk popup or the three-dot menu on the log page
- Issues toaster notifications have been developed for the following scenarios:
- Creating a new Issue
- Updating/ duplicating an Issue
- Deleting a standalone Issue
- Creating a Task associated with an Issue via Issue Log
- Deleting an Issue and associated Task(s)
- Converting an Issue into a Risk using the edit issue popup or the three-dot menu on the log page
- Global toaster notifications have been developed for the following scenarios:
- Closing a Project Group, Project, Risk, Issue, Lesson, Task, or Form
- Reopening a Project Group, Project, Risk, Issue, Lesson, Task, or Form
- Moving a RoPA, Risk, Issue, Lesson, Task, DPIA, or POA
- Duplicating a Project, Risk, Issue, or Task via the log or popup
